First time I went to Lush i was interested in having a look at their products Gena in Miranda store was really lovely showed me few of the moisturisers and face scrubs i wanted she used a few on my hand they felt amazing also gave me samples to try i loved the face scrubs the moisturiser was really rich felt nice. I also bought like a honey based handsoap. Thank you

Always greeted by the friendly staff of this store. I’m pretty sure they have complimented me every time I come into this store ! So sweet. Store is pretty tidy as it’s not a big lush store, but it has pretty much all you need. Staff check if you know how to use the product you’re purchasing, I find very thoughtful. Thank you Miranda Lush, see you guys next time

Disappointing experience after being a loyal Lush shopper. Would not go back again. And in response to asking me to send an email. I did and never received a response. Followed up x 2 and never heard back.

My little sister and I went shopping in Lush for shower jellies. We met the lovely tobi who helped and educated us on all the scented shower jellies and products, sharing knowledge and personal recommendations. She gave 10/10 customer service from as soon as we entered the store right till the end. Another team member that day also gave amazing product knowledge at the counter in regards to scented lotions and skin issues. These girls are an asset the brand and deserve praise. Thank you again ladies!
