I was served by the lovely Claudia, she was amazing honestly one of the nicest people i’ve come across in the retail industry. She gave amazing recommendations, she also gave amazing alternatives, and she was nice enough to give me a sample to try without even asking!!, her personality was so bubbly loved speaking to her felt like i was speaking to one of my friends, she’s so lovely 10/10

Was served by two very lovely staff members on our visit today. A man with purplish red hair, and a lovely person with cool tattoos and piercings. (I forgot to grab their names) They were super friendly and even helped us pick a gift for our friend, suggesting the perfect item (being the fairy dust) as well as a few other items. Very happy with our experience there. Would recommend.
Nice store, quite clean and well presented, although we weren’t acknowledged by any of the 3 staff, when there was no one else in the store. We stood there and tired to make eye contact with them although they didn’t stop their conversation so we left and didn’t buy anything :( 14/9/25
