I visited Lush and I was helped by Cortez, who gave me some great recommendations for hair care products. He was helpful and knowledgeable. I always feel welcome in this store.

Disappointing experience after being a loyal Lush shopper. Would not go back again.
Amazing customer service, unsure of names unfortunately but they had blue ombré in their hair and lots of pretty turquoise crystal necklaces :) Very helpful with finding exactly what I was after and made my Christmas shopping experience so much less nerve racking (it was very busy and packed with customers) Thank you so much again for your help!
