These ladies have THE best customer service!!! We love coming to the bath bomb making sessions and they are always so patient, accomodating and kind to the kids. Really love this store and the staff who work in Miranda!
I’m not much of a lush fan but I was told to go get these viral massage bars by a friend and was greeted by the absolutely gorgeous Simone! You are so lucky to have such amazing staff like her, she was helpful, charismatic and overall just very easy to talk to. You really don’t find customer service like this anymore! Just wow! And her hair is just stunning too!

First time I went to Lush i was interested in having a look at their products Gena in Miranda store was really lovely showed me few of the moisturisers and face scrubs i wanted she used a few on my hand they felt amazing also gave me samples to try i loved the face scrubs the moisturiser was really rich felt nice. I also bought like a honey based handsoap. Thank you
