Disappointing experience after being a loyal Lush shopper. Would not go back again. And in response to asking me to send an email. I did and never received a response. Followed up x 2 and never heard back.
My little sister and I went shopping in Lush for shower jellies. We met the lovely tobi who helped and educated us on all the scented shower jellies and products, sharing knowledge and personal recommendations. She gave 10/10 customer service from as soon as we entered the store right till the end. Another team member that day also gave amazing product knowledge at the counter in regards to scented lotions and skin issues. These girls are an asset the brand and deserve praise. Thank you again ladies!
I visited Lush and I was helped by Cortez, who gave me some great recommendations for hair care products. He was helpful and knowledgeable. I always feel welcome in this store.
