Manager is rude. The employees are clueless with what they’re selling. The gentleman with long hair, and glasses acts like a mean girl. basically talking behind our backs with some tattooed chick. Horrible judgmental group of people.
I had a negative experience at the old location (near the ice skating rink), but when I spoke to the manager at the new location, they were incredibly kind and understanding, even though the staff was completely different. The new store (by the Food Court) is huge and has an amazing selection! The customer service was wonderful and very helpful! For the first time in my entire life going to lush I wasn’t greeted or helped. Which would’ve been nice since I was trying to pick out a few bath bombs for my husband. I ended up only buying one. Once I got to the register the girl that rung me up didn’t speak to me once except to tell me the total and didn’t even look at me either. Insane and abnormal based on my previous experiences at lush.
