Came in to buy a bday present and Amir showed me a bunch of options in different price ranges so i could pick easily! Great experience!
A big thank you to Devansh who made my daughter and my experience so exceptional and informative! Devansh told us about the featured rainbow soap roll on display, tips on how to extend gelly soaps and the make up line I didn't even know Lush carried. Came in for some haircare products and Sarah was lovely! I had come in last week and gotten some samples from Amir who was super kind. I came in today to get a full sized version of one of the shampoo samples and explore alternatives for a conditioner. Sarah was so helpful! They were super friendly and attentive, asking questions and listening to what my hair goals were and what I liked and didn't like about the conditioner sample I had gotten. I had such a meaningful and uplifting experience at the Lush Markville location today. I came in to buy some soap for my kids. What I thought would be a quick stop turned into something so much more — thanks to the incredible staff, and especially a team member named Katie. Katie met me with such warmth and insight. This is my favourite Lush location!! I love their products and everyone here is so friendly. Everytime I come to the store I am met with smiles and offers to help. Amir helped me out by picking products to upgrade my shower routine and I love everything...I need to go back to get more stuff. :) Thanks so much for your help!
