Came in and had a great experience with Katie! She was very welcoming and answered every question we had.
Every time I visit here, the service is consistently outstanding. The staff are knowledgeable, kind, and always willing to help. I recently went in looking for gifts for my sports team, and the employee who assisted me was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. I wish I could remember her name, because she was excellent. Always a great experience at this store. Also love the variety of products and the themes they come in.
Came in to buy a bday present and Amir showed me a bunch of options in different price ranges so i could pick easily! Great experience!

Devansh told us about the featured rainbow soap roll on display, tips on how to extend gelly soaps and the make up line I didn't even know Lush carried. Came in for some haircare products and Sarah was lovely! I had come in last week and gotten some samples from Amir who was super kind. I came in today to get a full sized version of one of the shampoo samples and explore alternatives for a conditioner. Sarah was so helpful! They were super friendly and attentive, asking questions and listening to what my hair goals were and what I liked and didn't like about the conditioner sample I had gotten.
