Everything at lush is simply amazing. Love love love the staff
I love lush products. However I’ve had two particularly bad experiences at this location: 1) I walked in with my friend, I had intent to buy while she was just tagging along because she doesn’t care much for lush. The entire time, the employee would only look at and talk to her and asked if she needed anything, kept talking to her about the products she was picking up but not me. Outch. Expensive! For the lye, water and oil (main ingredients for soap)
I bought a holiday box that was supposed to have 4 items (rub rub rub, the honey scented body soap, the olive branch shower gel, and dream cream lotion) as a gift for someone, only to see when it was opened on Christmas that an item is missing (the dream cream body lotion). Very disappointed, with the price of the gift box I expected all items to be in it! The holiday box should have the 4 items, not 3!
