NGL every Lush I've gone into the customer service is amazing but Beck takes it above and beyond. When I went in, I was only going to get a few bath bombs but left with like $200 dollars worth. She definitely knew what she was talking about, I loved every bath bomb she suggested. She asked me what I wanted out of a bath bomb and I told her a few things and man, that's where I just kept adding it on. She's super personable and friendly. I come here all the time but honestly THIS experience was so amazing that I can’t wait to go back. I was at the mall just spending time with my parents for my birthday, and I walked into lush with a pretty hefty list of things I was interested in. Bindy was so kind and welcoming, and really is the main reason I want to keep shopping at lush (more than I already do!).
