visited lush today looking for some new goodies, i was greeted straight away upon entering and was met with nothing but kindness and genuine interest in what sort of products i was interested in and what i was looking for. the sweetest lady ella or emma (im so sorry i cant remember) was helping us the entire time and suggested products based on previous things we have enjoyed. she gave us a free sample of a face mask and made sure to ask us about our skin types before offering. lush team are friendly, thoughtful and kind hum... read more
I went there with my mom for the first time ever in my life 4 weeks ago and IT WAS AMAZING! The staff were so nice and friendly. Their perfumes smell so good and all the products were so high quality. They give freebies too. Infinite out of ten will comr again today (im typing in the car rn)
