Ella and Ella were amazing. I popped into the store just to nose Karma, but left the Hobart store wowed by the range of perfumes they introduced me to. They're knowledge of the perfumes is fantastic - contagious. Inspiring customer service.
Service far exceeded expectations when I came in to buy 4 gift vouchers to thank some volunteers for a community fundraising event. Ella and Juni were fantastic. I will definitely shop here again for gifts as a result of their service and alignment with the Lush brand values – thank you for your help today :)

I feel very safe and welcomed as soon as I walk into lush I was greeted juniper and Ella they were very accommodating to me and my friends.
