Very dismissive when looking for a specific product that used to be in the range. Told me to try something else that wasn’t close to the ingredients/product I was originally looking for. Seemed more interested in their phone then helping me check out also.
Love this store! The staff is so helpful & so knowledgeable about all their products, they always help me find what’s best for my needs.
I’ve been in three times now since November to restock some of my cult favorites and I’ve noticed a big staff change..and a very noticeable lack in customer service and product knowledge..any interactions seemed very lack luster and incredibly sales pushy without the true care for a great product and recommendation I used to receive while shopping at LUSH.
My go to for all my skin and hair needs!! I absolutely love this place I always feel welcomed no matter the time of day I’ve also noticed a great strong development with this staff over the last few months the whole staff is absolutely amazing so I never need to worry about who’s helping me. The knowledge they have about their Products is great and you can be sure they will steer you in the right direction. Psa I recommend the conga 😊
