Super friendly staff! Can’t wait to be back in this store on my next business trip.
Loved the bath bomb we got- I rarely get the chance to indulge. But nonetheless- got in, found the perfect bath ombre and got out. I don't like to be bombarded and over stimulated when going out. So after the initial employee asked if I needed help, once I said no- I was glad I was left alone to smell around and experience the store alone. I dislike constantly being asked if I need help- if I did, I would ask. Didn't happen here so 5/5 stars for experience and evedything.
Customer service is elite. I believe his name was Andy who was so clutch on getting stuff that may help with my acne and having some sensitive skin.
Ari was absolutely amazing! I brought my niece and nephew in to pick out some bath bombs and Ari showed them how to make big bubbles and snow bubbles! Ari was absolutely wonderful!
