I visited the Crocker Park location on the evening of 02/03/25 and was helped by the sweetest employee! I did not ask his name, but he was so knowledgeable and had the best disposition! The store was very clean and organized (as always) but on this particular night he also made it very welcoming. Clearly, I love the products at LUSH but even if I didn't, I would want to go back in just to chat with this employee for a bit.

Christine and Isabelle were extremely sweet and helpful and really enhanced my experience. The first visit i had was not very welcoming but Christine really elevated my whole outlook on my second visit and she was a sweetheart. Thank you so much! Can’t wait to come back and let you know about the products.
