Jess & Bee are amazing and so helpful! I have shopped at multiple Lush locations all over Ontario, and this was the most pleasant experience of all! Happy New Year to you both!
Unreliable store. They just stop stocking products that you might have been buying for years. Better off finding a brand/store that won't pull the rug out from under you like that. They don't even offer in-store pick-up for items you can order online that the store has decided to stop stocking. The only option left is to buy online and pay 1/3 of the product's price to ship it.
