I can't say enough good things about Lindsey and the rest of the crew at the Bridge Street Lush. They are passionate and patient, knowledgeable and generous. I recently went through a lengthy health crisis, and they've been there for me every step of the way from diagnosis to celebrating recovery milestones, recommending products and cheering me on. The staff here today were so helpful and very nice/welcoming.
I drove the second time today from Gadsden/ Rainbow City to Huntsville because Birmingham has a very limited selection but was suggested this store. I normally don’t do reviews unless it was a very good or very bad experience. This was above my expectations. Lindsey was so helpful both times. She is an amazing salesperson. Very knowledgeable and great on helping me choose and I love the samples she is so kind. Highly recommend if you are a Lush fan. Go see Her. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The kind worker helped me with a return and didn't make me feel bad for disliking the sent I had previously purchased. He then took the time to help me pick out new items which were all PERFECT. Will definitely be back :)
I liked the store and products, but think that I was lied to, and that was unnecessary, they could've just said that they don't want to do something. Except for that, I'd give them 5 stars. Definitely recommend their scents for something unique & natural.
