This is the first time I have ever left a review but I could not pass up the opportunity to highlight the employee who went above and beyond for my daughter and I on Friday October 3rd. I so wish I would have gotten the gentleman’s name who let me in to shop while they were closing. I visited Lush yesterday evening expecting to shop until 8:00 pm, as their posted hours indicate. To my surprise, at around 7:30 pm I saw people inside and lights on. But when I pushed the door, it was locked I wasn’t allowed entry. This felt misleading and disappointing. If your store says it’s open until 8:00, customers should be able to access the store until that time (or at least be alerted in advance if early closure is happening). World class customer service, I and my family have been to this location multiple times over the course of several years and always have had good service, today however was the best experience to date. Kayjay and Sam made us feel like family, engaged with myself and my family and was caring with all of their time, Kayjay and Sam are what we are missing in this world, genuine, caring and loving, thank you guys for making our family trip to Lush a wonderful experience!
I loveeeeeeee everything about this place especially the manager, KJ I love the store itself, but I’m coming back and having a party just for KJ he’s no knowledge about everything. Him taking his time to just go over everything he even help my boyfriend find something and my son. We all love him.
Haven’t been to Lush in forever so I was a bit intimidated by all the options but Kellie helped me so much. She had so many good suggestions and even gave me a sample of a hair product to try. I cant wait to go back and get more stuff. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable!
