The two staff members were absolutely lovely! One of them had rainbow-colored hair and was extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming. The other was a beautiful dark-skinned woman with braided hair. Both of them were very helpful and made our visit really enjoyable. They were always smiling and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. Their kindness and positive energy truly made the visit special.
Absolutely love the product but make sure the product you buy and on recipient not charge extra Rest of all is great product
I used to buy honey-scented shower gel in this store regularly. I came to get it today, and it stinks so much inside the store that I couldn't just stay there. So I walked out. I don't know how the stuff manages to work there. The smell of products is so overwhelming, that it makes my head hurt just by standing nearby.
not here to bash the company. just posting a honest review I went to lush last Tuesday bought the Herbalism fresh cleanser and the mask of magnanimity and sample of the skin drink facial lotion. I used the mask twice and the fresh cleanser about 4 times. The daily that everything is vegan and that’s fine that’s actually why I went. Idk which one did it but my skin on my nose and under my eyes became really rough and started to peal off.
