not here to bash the company. just posting a honest review I went to lush last Tuesday bought the Herbalism fresh cleanser and the mask of magnanimity and sample of the skin drink facial lotion. I used the mask twice and the fresh cleanser about 4 times. The daily that everything is vegan and that’s fine that’s actually why I went. Idk which one did it but my skin on my nose and under my eyes became really rough and started to peal off. I love lush and the employees are so nice!
The workers are extremely nice and everything is natural!
Drove half an hour to shop in store the workers expect one had the worst attitude as if i was going to run out without paying one of the ladies were stank facing me (Black lady)the whole time until we were checking out so disheartening and once we checking out i realized all the bottles were tampered/half full and the lady that was checking me out(lady with bob) was upset that i doubled checked the bottles with a finger test aka lifting it up
