Victoria is very helpful with the face mask! She is knowledgeable of what would a 22 yr old like. She gave good ideas for stocking stuffers. We also looked at face mask. Very easy to speak with.

The manager, I didn’t get her name but was working this morning, was INCREDIBLE! My first visit to Lush and she made it such a lovely, easy, quick experience. She was so kind, helpful, had tons of product knowledge, put labels on all my gift items all while I downloaded the app and got my $5 app-download discount. 11/10 experience.
I went earlier today and Delyela is the BEST when looking for a certain bath bomb for my friends! She had excellent recommendations based on preferences, scent likings and budget. I WOULD 1000% recommend this particular store to all my friends and family just because of this customer service today, Huge shoutout to my girl Delyela!
Delilah was EXTREMELY helpful when I stopped into Lush looking for some bath bombs that would not irritate my daughter’s KP. She took the time to talk about and show me all the best options the store had. Her helpfulness and knowledge had me at ease buying all the things for my little one.
