I came in here and was looking for a gift for my mom for Valentines Day! Sam was really nice, patient, and overall welcoming. She helped me look around and gave good recommendations! I will definitely be coming back and buy for myself. :)
I wish I could give this 6 stars. Professional and friendly group of people. Delilah is the best manager of any store. They make you feel at home and never feel like you don’t belong. This is the place I shop, give to my family, and recommend to everyone and their parents.
Says it’s open drove over an hour for it to be closed for a party and the employees couldn’t give me the time of day. VERY disappointed. Now I have to pay for shipping CLEARLY my review wasn’t read… DoorDash an hour away… never even mentioned ignoring customers who just wanted to shop. Unacceptable
I had the opportunity to enjoy Christmas cheer and a Lush experience: crafted hot chocolate, gourmet cookie decorating, and making two types of bath bombs. It was also my daughter's 18th birthday surprise party. As a single mother of two beautiful girls, I did not have the financial means for a large party. Delyela, Jada, and Victoria went out of their way to make her impromptu surprise party magically beautiful. I am sincerely grateful for the selfless kindness shown to my daughters and me.
