I haven’t visited Lush in yearsssssssss, and after today I’ll prolly be going more often! The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Shoutout to Roberto for helping me find what I was looking for and knowing what he was talking about too! Truly appreciated that!!
Went in looking for scents that lingered and I was immediately greeted by Benji! Benji was so incredibly kind, patient and knowledgeable and helped me pick exactly what I needed (lavender massage bar btw). I haven’t been to Lush in years but he made my experience a great one and I’m already planning to go back for the sticky dates spray. Thank you Benji!
Truly amazing experience! I walked in and was greeted immediately by benji hopefully I’m spelling that correctly. I expressed what I was looking for I drove 5 hours from NorCal to SoCal for my birthday weekend and I love lush and like I said I visited every world in that store . I came in for one thing but the amount of knowledge he had just made me trust him to invest in the beautiful products . came to this lush blindly on a thursday around 3 and i was completely won over. i wasn't really sure about getting anything, just wanted to check out some products i had heard about. the workers here were SO HELPFUL AND SWEET. there was not a single worker i got a bad vibe from. left with a few goodies and will be coming back to restock and hopefully for another pleasant encounter. great store, i never leave reviews but i just needed to. vibes r so unmatched i wish i worked there
