Truly amazing experience! I walked in and was greeted immediately by benji hopefully I’m spelling that correctly. I expressed what I was looking for I drove 5 hours from NorCal to SoCal for my birthday weekend and I love lush and like I said I visited every world in that store . I came in for one thing but the amount of knowledge he had just made me trust him to invest in the beautiful products . came to this lush blindly on a thursday around 3 and i was completely won over. i wasn't really sure about getting anything, just wanted to check out some products i had heard about. the workers here were SO HELPFUL AND SWEET. there was not a single worker i got a bad vibe from. left with a few goodies and will be coming back to restock and hopefully for another pleasant encounter. great store, i never leave reviews but i just needed to. vibes r so unmatched i wish i worked there
stingy ahh location when it comes to samples. i was so excited to try my sampled conditioner just for me to open it and see enough for only half my hair. you see how much hair i have IN PERSON and proceed to give me a dimes amount. let's use our brain bro ive been to another loc and they filled the entire sample pot, i was able to use it twice. isn't the point to see if i like the product enough to buy it and i cant even use it to it's full capability idk if its a policy or management at this certain location but that should... read more
