Visited Lush for a quick stop with my friend (it was her first time there), and we had such a great experience! Jonathan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable he made us feel welcome right away. He took the time to explain different products, gave great recommendations, and made sure my friend felt comfortable exploring everything. Super friendly service that made the visit even better. I went for the first time ever yesterday… I know that’s crazy right, first time? Anyways, I just never thought it would be the type of store for me because of my sensitive skin and eczema but I had the pleasure of being helped by Johnathan who answered my million questions and I ended up leaving with a product that I just love! Will definitely be stopping by more often now!

Maddie and Ashley were really great! They helped me and my brother get exactly what we needed and were very knowledgeable about the amazing products! I’ve been a lush customer for years and I come from Fort Worth to this location because of the service and the fact I leave with new information about keeping my skin clear and healthy!
