Superb! Nicole set me up with everything I need, but only after asking all the right questions. While LUSH is more pricey than others, the excellent quality far out weighs the difference. And on top of that the companies ethics are commendable. Definitely recommend one of my favorite places!
Visited the store today with a co worker while we were in boston for work and just planned on looking around as I had never been to a Lush store or even heard of one. I ended up with a basket of goodies that I couldnt wait to get home to indulge in!!!
We got facials from Maddie and it was amazing! Lush will always be one of our favs

Ali and team are amazing. I went in today and felt the energy right when I walked in. Everyone was so helpful and it was like they were "celebrating" xmas cheer like elves in Santa's workshop! All customers had a smile on their face.
I went to this LUSH location yesterday while I was having a "treat yourself" day, and it was AWESOME. Everett gave me a demo of some of your products and I'm fairly certain I have the softest hands in Boston, so thank you. Also, a dark haired guy with a beard whose name I didn't get helped out, and he was awesome. And Ally was really helpful when I was trying to pick something out for a friend of mine. All in all, it was great, and everyone was very helpful. 10/10, would shop there again.
Stopped by yesterday and was given one of the best shopping experiences! The crew was in the middle of processing a huge shipment, yet still every sales associate on the floor took the time to greet me and not only check how I was doing but drop some product knowledge on the newer items that they had just got in. As a fellow retail employee, I must say that I have never had a bad experience at this location and am always given above and beyond what is expected!! Keep it up guys!!
