If you want to feel strong andmotivatedthis is the place!!!! Kasie is an amazing coach and personally I see her a mentor. She has not only help me with my fitness goals but also has helped me changed my mindset to have a better relationship with food, feel more confident and create habits for a healthy lifestyle. She has a great support system for all her clients. Best believe when you walk through those doors you will comeout as a better version of yourself.

Don't wait and don't walk! Do it now and run! Kasie, is that girl when it comes to snatching the waist and growing the butt! I never thought it was physically possible to keep the butt and lose the gut until working with Kaise. She will push you out of your comfort zone and bring out your inner beast! Training, meal plans, and athletic wear with excellent quality. One stop shop! I LOVE it here with Lush Body Fitness!

Working with Lush Body Fitness has been nothing short of phenomenal. I recently participated in the 21 day fitness challenge. I was scared and uninterested at first, but Kasie is amazing. Kasie is the best trainer! She is encouraging and dedicated to helping her clients achieve their personal best. If you can, look into her meal plans as well. It’s definitely true what they say about abs being made in the kitchen!
