The staff is forever knowing all the products. Honestly the staff helps not pushes you to try products. The products sell themselves. Lush has so many products without packaging, all products fair trade and no animal testing, it truly makes me feel good purchasing! I am middle aged and the hair very wavy and this store has what I need to perfect, moisturize, exfoliate and make my shower a very happy place to be to start! Hair products are just incredible! Face products great! Body sprays I get compliments on all the time!

This shop used to be a second home to me, 2014 had s bitching staff, and amazing people, who KNEW The products, than Ayrabeth (dumb name) ruined it, by making everyone leave and hiring a bunch of 16 year olds that didn't have a clue about the products or the company. I thought once that manager left, it would get better , but it didn't. It's turned into a clique, where you only get hired by people you know, and no one has a clue about the products. I can't explain how grateful I am for lush!! They helped me find a lotion that works so soothingly on my eczema! It smells naturally beautiful and it doesn't irritate my skin! It took me forever to find one but they found one for me! they're amazing!! Thank you Lush!!!������
Garret is awesome!! He gives you ample samples and fills it to the top. He is knowledgeable and friendly. He even helped my bestie and helped her out. He's the guy to see. Natalie is my 2nd choice.
