Grace was such an awesome guide to the wide range of products LUSH has to offer. I’ve been a fan of the company for a while and have visited multiple stores. Grace was exceptionally patient, not “pushy,” kind, and genuine. I love my new facial bar and my 64-year-old mother loves her gift set! Thanks, y’all!
These people are scam artists! Do not purchase from them. I took my wife in for Black Friday . She purchased some items to take with us and some to be shipped later. When they shipped the mail order part they charged my credit card double the amount. I've contacted the shop and they were supposed to credit it back , but here we are. So time to rattle cages it's depressing that you have to work so hard to get a vendor to be honest! Buyer beware!
Gabriel is the highlight of this store! So friendly, funny and knowledgeable. He made my first visit ever to Lush a memorable one and I am certainly a customer for life! I left the store with a bag full of awesome products that he recommended. His love for the job is very apparent and he needs acknowledgement for his passion! Gracias Gabriel desde Nueva York!!!!!
Hands down the BEST experience of all the LUSH stores I've been in.
Great store! I saw the sign from across the street and had to check it out. I'm so glad I did. The is exactly the type of cosmetic company I've been looking for. Sustainable, fair trade products that are chemical free and actually work! Plus, the employees were great- specifically the guy with the Deathly Hallows tattoo. He was awesome. He really took the time to explain the products, and also who doesn't love a fellow Potter fan?
