I had the best experience while shopping. I was looking for a new hair treatment and a wonderful red-haired woman ( I assume she was the manager) helped me find the exact thing I was looking for. I felt like she was giving me an authentic consultation about the different products. It didn't feel awkward or like she was urging me to buy buy buy. She took her time with me and also gave me samples. The employees look happy and are professional at all times.

Whenever I'm in New Orleans I try to stop by Lush for bath treats! After finding the new location right at opening time, I had probably the best shopping experience ever. Emma was so awesome and knowledgable and helped me pick the perfect items for me! She even prescribed a fresh mask and a shampoo that would suit my skin and hair. Thanks Emma, you brightened our day!!
Everyone was SO HELPFUL and wanted to make sure we were getting the CORRECT products! This store is great for anyone who has never had any lush cosmetics because they CARE and want you to be happy with what you get! Definitely coming back to get more!
