I came into lush today and Harlow and cena were such angels and gave me tips and so much information on there products.when it came to scents cena knew exactly what fragrance notes I was looking for I will definitely be back to this location the service nd experience was definitely worth it and these angels made my day 💕
What a great experience! I hadn’t been in a Lush store in ages! Partially because I felt the customer service had fallen off. Today was the opposite of that! Diana at this location helped me pick out a new soap. She listened to my needs and what I don’t want on it since I have extra dry sensitive skin. Together we picked out a new body bar for me, I remembered a classic that I bought. Also picked up the new hello kitty collab body wash as a gift! Last but not least some free samples! 10 out of 10 recommend!
