Always a pleasant visit to Lush!!!! Love all their stuff and recently fell in love with their hiccup body spray , smells so amazing and it’s limited edition. Sales ladies there are extremely patient and kind ~ would love to visit again and again.

First time visiting. Walks into store and it smells so good. Knowledgeable staff. Asked about products that would be safe for a diaper rash. Ultrabalm was suggested. Tried a sample. Might work. Love that it only has 3 ingredients. Did buy 3 bath bombs. Will return when I have more time to look.

To be honest, I’ve avoided Lush for many years based on past overwhelming customer service. But this store was great! They were helpful without being overbearing and let me shop in peace! But guided to try to find more things I might like. I was offered a sample and given another cleanser to try out. Will be back!

I had such a great experience at this Lush store recently. Natalie was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable — she helped me find exactly what I needed. She introduced me to Sticky Dates (person fav in every category) Celestial moisturizer, Ultrabland facial cleanser, the Cosmic Warrior face and body mask, and Chelsea Morning perfume. I left feeling so excited to use all my new products. Amazing customer service and such a positive experience!
