I bought 2 gift boxes online to be shipped to my home and then I needed to exchange them in-person due to a personal mistake. I did not touch them after looking at the tags when they arrived and realizing I ordered the wrong boxes. I brought them to the store to exchange them and I believe it was the manager who was doing the exchange. They looked at one of the presents and went “you opened this we can’t return it”.
