the best lush ive ever been to Cogy (im dyslexic so i hope i got it right❤️) was so helpful and kind this location has time and time again made me so happy cant recommend this place enough thank you guys for always making my day :)))) ❤️ i use this dust to stay chaffe free in austins brutal summers lol i love it

I had such an amazing experience at this Lush. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by Gracie, and honestly, that alone set the tone. She wasn’t just friendly, she made me feel like I belonged there. And what really stood out was how she treated everyone who walked through the door. Every time I visit this Lush location I am delightfully surprised by the new products and kind representatives helping me move around the store. Danna is extremely knowledgeable about the products (new and old) on the floor. I explained that I was looking for a mask to combat my dry, acne prone skin and have been using the “beauty sleep” mask! I love it and have recommended the product to many friends.
