Drove from down south of Texas as we do not have a lush location near us and visited here at around 5 pm hoping to go inside and be able to purchase products before leaving town. Left disappointed as they closed early. For it to be a franchise level company in a large city I would hope hours of operation would be accurate to those displayed online, I understand closing early due to business being slow but a whole two hours before ? . Ryan was great at helping me find what I needed and suggesting different products. I ended up buying the sticky dates body spray because I LOVE that scent, and Ryan sent with me two samples of products that I was also interested in. Great experience

I’m leaving this review because I left Lush super satisfied!! Immediately when I walked in, I was greeted by LT, who said hello, asked me how my day was, and held up great conversation. Sometimes when you walk into stores, you’re commonly greeted with a robot greeting, and that was not the case with LT.
