Excellent customer service from the staff
Megumi was absolutely wonderful! She helped me pick out items and was very knowledgeable about the products. She even offered to research a couple specific questions that I had to help direct my search. I also love that Lush has products for all kinds of holidays! I ended up spending more than expected, but it was definitely worth it because I got great products with great customer service from a company that values ethics. I walked out a happy camper!
Elsi was the sweetest! I came to Tampa on vacation with my husband and kid ! She was SO kind and patient with my daughter and all her questions. She even showed me, who thought I can’t use bath bombs, some things that work for sensitive skin. She was so kind and informative! Wish we lived here :)
Love this place! Super fun for all ages ;) Great staff- helpful & friendly!
