Went in there 20 mins before closing because I only came in for one specific thing. I ended up leaving 30 mins AFTER closing because I had the most amazing person help me figure out what I wanted (and needed). Elsi (my goodness I hope I’m spelling it right) was phenomenal. She did not rush me whatsoever. She helped me pick things that I needed and explained to me why I should reconsider the things I wanted. Amazing employees it was my wife’s birthday and Alissa and Melissa really helped us out and helped her feel extra special and find some awesome body care products
Always amazing the staff is perfect! Also if you want curls or are about to do locs the curl power is a go to! Magic crystal i use for my sore body when i have a long week!
I came into Lush a little late—about 30 minutes before closing—but one of the employees, Megumi, was incredibly kind and helpful. She didn’t make me feel rushed at all and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. Every time I’ve visited this location, the staff has been so welcoming, kind, and genuinely helpful. It’s always such a great experience—thank you Megumi & the Lush team!
