I have been in customer service for over 20 years. Derrick was fabulous, exceeded our expectations! Normally, when I bring my kids into a store I’m stressed and worried. He involved our kids in the shopping process, which for a business, is sooo smart. Allowing mom to spend more money in their shop. Great place I get my bath bombs from, the lady with the buttons was very kind and helped find the perfect one for my fiancé.
