I appreciate the service and the product provided by Lusby's staff. My HVAC needed to be replaced and last Friday I called and the service technicians were there within an hour. The office staff was very friendly and professional. They even offered a solution for financing. On Wednesday morning before 8:30 am, three service technicians were installing my inside and outside unit. They were efficient, fast, and tidy. The service technicians went inside the thermostat box change the wiring around three times... now the fuse blows when we switch over to heat... call Lusby then they try to charge you for a problem they do .... then blame it on you!! WTH... If you try and explain to that old lady sitting at that desk, you are wasting your time...
