Their products, their service, the owner are all the worst I've ever dealt with. They call a refurbished hot tub, an old hot tub, blown with insulation to where no one can find or reach anything with the broken parts that they added and then charged $4,000 for. Seriously, do yourself a favor and do not purchase anything from this ridiculous trashy business.
Don’t use Lu's Pool & Spa they are lazy and have no experience what so ever with servicing pools. Stay away.
Horrible service and will never have the back. Don’t waste your money. Lu is clearly a poor business and justifies their lack of knowledge and service and blames the customer. Lu’s son service our po wasn’t there but maybe 10 minutes thats generous. I called the office and they sent him back out to do what he was supposed to do the first time again didn’t do what he was supposed to do.
