Don’t use Lu's Pool & Spa they are lazy and have no experience what so ever with servicing pools. Stay away.
Horrible service and will never have the back. Don’t waste your money. Lu is clearly a poor business and justifies their lack of knowledge and service and blames the customer. Lu’s son service our po wasn’t there but maybe 10 minutes thats generous. I called the office and they sent him back out to do what he was supposed to do the first time again didn’t do what he was supposed to do. Lu is very knowledgeable and Fun! I love going into Lu's Pool and Spa. It is always a wonderful experience. Lu is always very cheerful! She is very knowledgeable and always has what I need. She has very competitive everyday prices and great annual sales. Not only does Lu sell pools and Spas...She also sells top of the line chemicals, parts, accessories, unique pool toys and high quality life jackets. Lu's store is clean and free of harsh chemical smells. I HIGHLY recommend Lu's pool and Spa to everyone who enjoys the water.
Lu' Pools So happy we found Lu's. They did a great job putting our pool up. They came recommended from a family member. Best recommendation I've had in a long time. Lu stayed in touch and kept us informed about the install date. Ben did a great job, he knows what he is doing. I've not actually been to the business location, (about 25-30 miles) but will be making a visit soon.
S K So not hesitate to go to Lus Pool and Spas down in Pacific, Mo. Lu and her crew are very helpful and Lu is a wealth of knowledge. They will take very good care of you and your pool. We love going there and will never go anywhere else.

RecommendedFrom the time you walk in the door you know you are working with people who are competent and willing to help.For us, this extended all the way though a purchase of a hot tub and above ground pool. The entire process from start to finish has been easy and well done. The hot tub was delivered and set up perfectly as promised and same with the pool. Lu, is always available to answer questions. I highly recommend!
Service is the best. Ben will do his best to get your spa up and running.
