Let me tell you about my absolutely ridiculous experience at the Park City branch of Lurvey—it was honestly one of the worst customer service encounters I’ve had in a long time. I walked in expecting some basic help, and instead I got greeted by a customer support lady who seriously thinks she’s the CEO of the company.
