Lack of follow-up to schedule an outpatient procedure turned into 4mo of phone calls and the office asking me to come in as a new patient so they could charge me again for "consultation". Sorry folks I'm going to avoid VCU since you can't manage the easy stuff.

Wonderful urologist! I’ve been dealing with an odd issue for almost two years and Dr Harrison is the first urologist out of sooo many that listened to my symptoms/concerns and used the information I shared to create a solid treatment plan. He’s easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable and great at what he does : ) highly recommend
