I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and professionalism shown by Laurie Children Primary Care – Town & Country Pediatrics. My brother and his wife just brought their newborn home after a difficult early delivery—over a month early. At the time of discharge from the hospital, they were given a clear appointment date: today at 1:30 PM with Dr. David Delacue. It’s printed on the discharge papers, which we have in hand. Doctors are awesome, front desk is awesome - super efficient staff. Cutest waiting area and everything is brand new. Ample parking. Definitely recommending!!
We have been going to this practice for 8 years and the schedulers continue to be the most frustrating part. They act annoyed and condescending when they call me and have to change a schedule. Then when I ask for other open times at different locations they are frustrated. I know I'm not the only dual working family and a child in school.
