They lost my son’s medical records saying they don’t have anything that shows my son was seen my their doctors, but yet they still want to charge me for their services. How can you charge someone when you don’t have records?
Like a few others said, avoid this place unless you want to get a huge bill for routine tests because they bill you with hospital charges at this location. We used to go to the Huntley outpatient location for my daughter's routine Cardiology follow up visits and everything was always billed with professional charges which is at an affordable price. My 3 year oldhas severe eczema and allergies. To the point to where he’ll destroy his legs and arms scratching at night. We’re got a referral to an allergist since it’s partially environmental. ENT nursing staff disorganized.
ENT nurse Sarah waits until day of appointment to call me seven times from 7:45am to 8:25am to reschedule because they did not order something they were supposed to that is needed for my 2pm appointment. I finally answered the call so that they could knock it off. Anyone who has special needs, medically complex children and/or works nights, like myself, can appreciate how infuriating of an experience this was. Really unprofessional and obnoxious.
