DONT EVER use their lab for anything! They charged me almost 3000 for a routine blood work. They are ripping people off !!!
Really frustrating experience with the Schaumburg Lurie outpatient PT scheduling process. I called multiple times over the course of a few weeks trying to make a new patient appointment, left several voicemails, and had a very hard time getting through to anyone. Let me first start by saving all the therapists and staff here are great and do carry about the kids. Majority of the therapists I have had pleasure working are fantastic are do try their best with what they have. Now most of the physical speech and occupational therapist I see here come from once great place in Arlington heights that has been bought out by Luries hospital so when they opened the new building in Schaumburg we were excited as we expected much of the same if not more than what Arlington heights location had. POTENTIAL HELMET PARENTS BEWARE! 🚨 Absolutely unacceptable experience at Luries. Our child was identified as needing a helmet at 2 months old. We did 6 months of physical therapy, followed their guidelines and came back right at 4 months. We were told he would be fitted by 4 months. Instead, due entirely to their failures, delays, and lack of accountability, he didn’t receive his helmet until 6 months. That is a critical window of time for treatment—and they wasted it.
