Started off over a decade ago seeing Dr metz now we see Dr lorentti and always been a great visit not rush and very informative, every appointment I have always planned to be 4hrs trip but usually less.
Worst coustomer service 1 month waiting get my son recent eye glass phriscription . They never take call . R they hang . No response bad. Bad experience
we waited 6+ months for an appointment here. we initially were seen within about 10 minutes of our appointment time which was a good start and the nurses were very good with children, but that's where the good ends. they dialated our sons eyes and said we would be checked in 30 mins. it took OVER an hour and a half before anyone saw us again and we received no updates, apologies, etc. find somewhere else!!
