I came in after having a very traumatic haircut at a different salon. I was so nervous that trying to fix my bad haircut would make it even worse but Kim made me feel comfortable and like I was in good hands right away. She was able to fix my hair without making it noticeably shorter. It gave me the confidence I needed to adjust from very long hair to short hair. Thank you for listening and being so helpful!
