The neighborhood is very close to the caverns, town and shops. Houses have 200 amp panels which is enough for home EV chargers! Baker Dr is used as a through street for the nearby neighborhood. General Dr leading to the highway needs some flow control since the ABC store, McDonald's, Walmart and 7-11/ Burger King use the same route which could leave you sitting at a single stop sign waiting for a gap in traffic. I would never buy from Dr Horton again. Can’t get responses when you put in a warranty ticket. Some of the kitchen cabinets falling apart and was told they old be replaced which was 5 months ago. My shower door shattered the other nite (thank god no one using it) can’t even get a response from D R Horton. Th other side of shower door is just standing in shower and not attached to anything. I wouldn't let Dr Horton build me a dog house! I purchased my townhouse site unseen and have had nothing but problems: cosmetic, holes in the foundation, appliances that have already gone bad after only 1 year of ownership. There is no attention to detail and their quality is very poor. The site superintendent will promise you the world and then not follow through. Cheap to the core. Floors aren't level. Water actually comes in from the rain under the door. Pulling teeth to have any items fixed as they don't honor their own warranty. Better off getting a fixer up home as that's what you'll be doing anyway. Lexington NC and VA shoddy workmanship
