It's one of the most magical placed with the kindest people
It was very crowded. We were stopped at certain points and we could not hear the guides. Kinda felt like we were just sheep being herded. The staff was helpful when my 5yr old asked questions. I love it there,always felt very magical there,but this time...we visited August 19th it was very crowded. We were also told not to stop to take pictures to take them while maintaining a constant pace. Just disappointed.
Wonderful place, I have a wonderful time Highly recommend.

Second trip to the Caverns...two tips to make your trip more memorable and enjoyable: first, buy your tickets online in advance and second, pay the extra $5 to the guide at the base of the stairs to get the device for a self-guided tour...admire God's handiwork and focus on amazing formations.
Our guide was very articulate and had a great personality! My suggestion would be to shorten the length of the tour an hour is a long time. 30 minutes should be enough. Maybe the guide script could be written shorter and just allow more questions. Other than that my group enjoyed the cavern, It's beautiful!
Lovely family vacation or just take some time to see the marvels of nature!
