Thorough, personable, very clear with explanations and treatment plan.
The front desk staff was friendly, and we didn’t have to wait long at all. My son usually struggles with strangers, but the nurse practitioner made him laugh and got him comfortable enough to cooperate. Once we were in the room, they asked a few questions, and again, the wait was minimal. She came in, checked on how we were doing, and asked what brought us in. We explained everything, and she gave us a lot of helpful information without any pressure—just reassurance. We left comfortable knowing the next step.
We love Dr. Welch! She takes the time to genuinely listen to my daughter, and make sure we understand everything. She's one of the few doctors left that doesn't make you feel like just a number.
