I needed to get a ring sized and I decided to give this place a try. They did great on my ring! Literally looks like new. They didn't charge me extra to clean and polish it. I also bought a watch while I was there for my husband. The lady who helped me was so sweet. She offered me coffee and water. I forgot her name but she was very nice. I will come back soon for more jewelry repairs!
This is the worst jewelry store Ive ever been. If you want to sell your jewelry DONT ever go to this store. They will tell you that your jewelry is not an 18K gold but just a gold plated one. When in fact it was bought from a reliable jeweler in China town. They test your jewelry if its gold but the way they test is terrible. They damage the gold.
