Spent almost 6 hours and $500 getting my hair done and it came out patchy and uneven - Have to go back for another appointment and spend more money just to have my hair looking decent. On top of that, she got bleach on my shirt and refuses to compensate for it. My shirt is ruined and I had to buy another expensive work shirt. In my opinion, it's a business owners job to make sure her clients are happy and I dont feel like lupita did anything to rectify or make up for the situation. Super disappointed

Lupita provides outstanding service every time. She cuts and styles my hair exactly the way I like it and gives great recommendations. She is very professional but still so much fun to hangout and chat with. Her suite is always clean and gives such a fab vibrant atmosphere. I highly recommend booking with her, she’s the best!

On my first visit, Lupita took time to provide a consultation and listened to the type of style I was looking for. She did a great job with my haircut and my partial highlights and lowlights look very natural- I’m a very happy client!
