Thought they were great. I've used both locations in Concord for years. Unfortunately, I don't pay attention to what size tires, because I trust they'll put the size I ask for, on my car. Well, they don't. I have two different sizes on the front of my car, and neither are the sizes I asked for nor are they the size that are supposed to be on my car. I honestly dont know how long they've been doing this, but I've been going through tires way more often than I should, so I'm assuming this has something to do with it. Basically... read more

I believe this location is tied with the location on Church Street, so I wanted to leave my review for both locations. Awful service, sold us a dry rotted tire for 45 bucks that couldn't hold air for 2 days even. The flat tire we gave them held air better than what they sold us. 0 out of 5 stars if I could
Takes advantage of people’s bad situations. I had a flat and he thought I didn’t know much about tires so he put a really bad tire on my car and they thought I wasn’t paying attention but the tire they put up there had a nail and they tried to hurry up and patch it hoping I wasn’t looking and then tried to charge me 55$. I want go back there and this is the owner who did this an older Spanish man when I confront him he got really mean.
Called on a Sunday looking for a used tire. I was in and out in ten minutes. Awesome experience.
