I was charged $50 for a tire patch, only for the shop to later sell me an off-brand tire for $180 that is in worse condition than my original one. I am very disappointed with this service
Told me they’d charge me 100$ for tire install, showed up and they said they’ll only do it for 120. Said okay go ahead and now one of my rims is so bent it won’t hold air.. it 100% was caused by them as I drove in perfectly fine. And still didn’t want to bring the charge down. Terrible shop, terrible customer service. This location is connected to church ST do not go there!!

Thought they were great. I've used both locations in Concord for years. Unfortunately, I don't pay attention to what size tires, because I trust they'll put the size I ask for, on my car. Well, they don't. I have two different sizes on the front of my car, and neither are the sizes I asked for nor are they the size that are supposed to be on my car. I honestly dont know how long they've been doing this, but I've been going through tires way more often than I should, so I'm assuming this has something to do with it. Basically... read more
