I called, beyond excited to potentially work with what I thought to be the perfect florist and as I was unaware of the assumed initial cost for wedding flowers and gave an budget half through the call - once the designer had launched into fleshing things out and then asked me about budget - only to present an initial amount and have them shut me down, 86 over half of what they were designing and never sent a requested proposal to even determine if I could in fact afford them. I have been struggling to put this review into words because I really wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt, but I had a really bad experience. Upon sending my initial inquiry, someone reached out to me to set up a phone consultation. We had a conversation about my vision and ideas for my wedding on February 12th. I had an awful experience with this company. I booked a consultation on the website and received a confirmation email with a time and date. When I showed up at the scheduled time, there were no instructions and there was no communication on where and how to get to the office. I tried calling and texting numerous times and still no response. I simply was ghosted even though I had an appointment and it was confirmed. Atalie from Lupins and Lava photographed our wedding in Atlanta in mid-June.
