I had an awful experience with this company. I booked a consultation on the website and received a confirmation email with a time and date. When I showed up at the scheduled time, there were no instructions and there was no communication on where and how to get to the office. I tried calling and texting numerous times and still no response. I simply was ghosted even though I had an appointment and it was confirmed. Flowers were incredibly important to my mother and me for my wedding day and when I saw what the team delivered, although it sounds cliche, they were truly beyond my wildest dreams. Lupins and Lava did an amazing job on the bouquet and boutonniere we ordered for our wedding celebration. The flowers were beautiful and unique, and Becca was such a pleasure to work with. She was friendly, helpful, and unbelievably responsive. I would love to work with them again!
