Everyone that I called thru the customer service line to get help was rude with the exception of Gabriella. I ask to speak with a manager and due to the manager speaking with another customer my call was ended. Products stop working when you are in dire need. There’s no communication between the company and any of the pharmacies. I was told they couldn’t call the pharmacy because the pharmacy didn’t approve that.
