This may not refer to every technician, but the technician that worked on my truck under factory warranty could not possibly be licensed to work as a service technician. Water spot still remains in headliner that he “couldn’t” see, even after countless pictures as well as me taking time away from my day to go up and point it out. He used clear as well as white adhesive to seal the back windshield and still did not complete the procedure on the bulletin from GM. CarPlay still goes in and out repeatedly.
