Sign outside says “Express Service, No Appointment Needed,” so I went in to get my AC looked at and possibly repaired at 2:30pm. There was one car in the service bay and one in the intake lane. Service advisor told me he couldn’t do it today because he’s sending his techs home in 45 minutes, but I could leave it for the morning. Recommended services that were not needed. I brought my Buick to this dealership twice within a month. First time to replace an actuator that caused the theft alarm to go off. The second time, to reinstall a speaker that was not installed correctly the first time. The first time, they recommended new rear tires and replacing the oil pan gasket.
