The Blue Team did an excellent job. Within the hour limit, they accomplished the tasks I needed - cleaning the window blinds, cleaning the light fixture, and the ceiling fans. They were even able to clean the living room floor. Very happy with their work and they were very polite and friendly. Will ask for the Blue Team again for next time. Thank you very much!
I’m very disappointed with the service I received and the way my concerns have been handled since. During the cleaning, multiple items in my home were damaged. My guest bathroom sink now has several chips that were not there prior to the service. Paint was removed from my kitchen wall and trash can. A marble coaster was broken on a mirrored table, damaging both, and another mirror was scratched. There were also serious safety and care issues involving my pet. I had Lupe's Home Cleaning do a deep clean before a gathering at my home, and they did a remarkable job. The ladies were very professional, took great care of my house, and it was clear they took their time. The restroom tiles in the shower look brand new, the kitchen is spotless, and even the baseboards, blinds, and fans were thoroughly cleaned.
