Called asking for a quote and the guy on the phone was very rude and treating every question I asked like I was stupid they definitely need customer service training this is not how u treat people
I had Lupers replace the thermostat on my 2017 Acadia. They got me in quickly, assest the issue, and had it repaired in no time! The staff were very professional, and the facility was very clean. They even noticed my key fob battery was low and got that replaced as well. My husband and I are glad I found Lupers! Finding a good auto shop in a new town can be daunting. I'm glad to have picked right the first time.
Wonderful customer service, does a full inspection of vehicle and takes photos of areas that need to be fixed. Fast and affordable.
These guys are amazing! They found the real issues with my dodge journey instead of what I had been told was wrong. It was done in a day AND literally for over half the amount I had been quoted before. Thank you so much! I think I’m a Luper Lifer now for sure lol
