We’ve ordered from Lupe Tortilla many times before without any problems, but this last experience was TERRIBLE!!! Our office order was placed directly through the Lupe Tortilla website, not Uber, yet the delivery was over an hour late. The food didn’t arrive until after the meeting ended, so no one could eat. When we called, all we got were excuses blaming Uber. That’s not acceptable! This place has great Mexican food! A fav on my list.
My wife came in and sat at the bar, and it took about 5 to 10 minutes just to get a menu. She ordered a margarita and fajitas, but it took another 15 minutes before her drink showed up, and people who ordered after her got theirs first. So, she went to the host stand to ask for a table instead because the bar service was just really slow. The server Connie was amazing and tried to help figure out what happened with the drink. Waitress was not great. Reached across me to get Sweetener container. Took forever to bring silverware for dessert. Didn't offer refills on water and tea.
