I am giving the restaurant two stars. Our waiter was awesome! We requested him although it was not his area because he started with us when we were seated in the hottest area of the restaurant because the air went out. Not to mention we waited for two hours. When we requested to move to an area that was empty we were told that it was for a group that had made a reservation and the reservation was not for another two in half hours. I love me some Lupe Tortilla!!! That soup is heavenly!!!
The best fajitas out there, period. We were in after Harvey and they were at least open but with a limited menu. No problem. Best queso, fajitas, rita's and everything. NO need for Pappasitos, bleh.
Very disappointed. According to the text I got we were seated at 6:22 we knew exactly what we wanted to order. Food was ordered by 6:30. I understand it's a Saturday night so I was ok with the manager explaining the kitchen was backed up...until the 8 top sitting next to us (who sat down 40 mins after us!!! As several other tables) Got their entire order before us. We waited exactly 59 mins for our food and just left with nothing! �
Service was so slow took forever to get drinks and food I ordered a drink at bar but went to table before drink was ready then waitress came and said YOU HAVE TO GET UP AND GO TO BAR IF YOU WANT YOUR DRINK wow I was at the edge of walking out but didn't want to ruin it for our group never had bad service at Lupe Tortilla felt bad cause I suggested to go there
Great service, decent Mexican food for Texas, California much better though
