The wait is ridiculous. Expect a 90-120 minute wait to see the doctor even if you arrive before your appointment time. The office seems to be aware of this and does not seem to care/ feel bad - if you can’t take the number of patients you’re booking, don’t do it, don’t waste people’s time. No comment on the doctor cuz I didn’t get to see her.
Dr. Helen Luong is an excellent doctor. She takes her time explaining about my health and patiently answer questions.
Dr. Luong is an exceptional OB—thorough, detail-oriented, and incredibly attentive. While I’m sad she’s no longer doing OR or prenatal care, I’m truly grateful for the level of care she provides. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and ensures nothing is overlooked, which makes a huge difference as a patient. Her professionalism and genuine commitment to patient care really stand out.
Call for an app and the person answering the phone was laughing like an inmatura teenager . I ask what was so funny and she just put me on hold. Rude and unprofessional.
I was going here for my annual checkups, and everything was always routine. Yes, there are long wait times, so if your appointment is at 1 you might not be seen until close to 2 sometimes. Although, this doesn't cause the doctor to rush you in and out, which is why I think there are long wait times. The doctor is very thorough when meeting with you, and she will listen to what you have to say. She is very comforting and gives you all the information you ask for.
