I never leave negative reviews, but I just had the most terrible experience with this salon. I went there for the first time to have gel polish removed, and the technician not only severely damaged my nails, but filed them down to the point of bleeding. She kept trying to remove the polish without success and didn’t stop until I was bleeding—only then did she decide to stop, instead of simply telling me she was having trouble. Great staff here, lots of nice services offered and plenty of seats. Great relaxing and aesthetic atmosphere. Would book again here in an instant. Did the relaxing stress relief pedicure with Cheyenne - she was great! Sorry if I spelled that wrong oops.

I got a gel mani and regular pedi here, and the nail tech did a truly amazing job. I have oily nail beds and am typically quite hard on my nails, and have never had a gel mani last more than a week before it starts to lift at the base and chip off. However, this gel mani looked basically perfect for over two weeks before it started to chip, and there was still no lifting whatsoever at that point.
