Loved my manicure! Very relaxing place and good selection of colors.
I attempted to address our experience privately via email, but since management couldn't be bothered to respond, I’m posting here. While the "clean beauty" aesthetic is a nice gimmick, the actual technical skill at the Greenpoint location was incredibly subpar. For a high-end salon, the lack of precision in shaping and length consistency was unacceptable—far below the standard of symmetry you find at places like Honey in LIC. It’s clear they prioritize their "vibe" over basic craftsmanship and professional communication.
Great service, they took their time! Love the pale pinks. The cherry blossom special manicure left my hands so soft!
This is a fabulous Greenpoint nail salon! I am a local, its aesthetic is so clean and comfortable. I recently had an issue with my gel manicure peeling quickly and they proactively reached out to me and were so accommodating to fix it. I recently saw Olga for the first time, she was absolutely lovely and I will be going back to her for future services, she’s the sweetest and amazing at what she does. Thanks Lunula!
