Vintage office, brought 2 pairs of glasses and had transition lenses made. Dr. Lunsky picked great shades for the lenses. Had my prescription updated and I see so much better now
Dr Lunsky is very professional courteous and thorough I am very happy with the best customer service I receive The receptionist Sonia is a very caring professional
The overall experience was extremely poor. As many others have already commented the mannerisms of Dr. Lunsky leaves a lot to be desired. They took many months to order my glasses, and even when they arrived the prescription was wrong. The most appalling part of the whole process however was the service of the assistant/receptionist. She was extremely defensive and rude, always insisting I was wrong, even when evidence was available to prove otherwise.
