Outstanding experience. Had a clunking noise under the rear of my truck. Took it to Lunghamer and they quickly diagnosed I had a broken rear spring. The new part arrived quickly, and they installed it the same day it came in. Brent did a great job of keeping me updated on the status of the repair and kudos to the whole service team.
1st time in a ford dealership to be honest! Justin and his team were very professional and kind to work with. We will definitely be using them for any future maintenance! Thank you all!
