This is a tricky one. We are long time customers of Lunghamer and their predecessor Signature Ford. We have a 6 year old Ford Fusion, which we love. After many years of service, the original equipment 12 volt battery died. Since then, we have had 3 replacement batteries installed. The last two were covered by warranty. Everyone was nice. But I had a new tech and was not watched very well missed somethings that should have been checked.
Pretty disgusting how your so called Sales Manager Billy Campbell is all over Facebook tonight making sexist and racist comments about the Mayoral candidate that won the Detroit election. Making comments publicly like “She should be making sandwiches instead of this” and other horrible things - this is who represents your company for sales? In today’s day and age, really? Disgusting and shameful. Do better.
Bret is always good with the people who he has to deal with. I enjoy working with him.
