The Lung Specialist Of Las Cruces has no concerns for the patient and their illness. They definitely specialize in classifying patients as dollar signs. Their administrative philosophy "rescheduling appointments", any changes or unfortunately missing one appointment. Any combination totalling 5 within one year regardless of reason or distance and even bad weather you are denied any further continuing medical service. I would give a zero. They called the day before and left a message instead of talking to me. I don't get voicemail messages. So I wasted a whole day of work and 3 hours of driving time just to be told I have to reschedule and they refused to reschedule me. They don't care obviously!
All the staff and doctors are really polite and very professional
I can’t even begin to describe the extreme disappointment, in Jamie Lujan and her lack of professionalism and the lack of education that her staff has. The office is cold and unwelcoming, Ms. Lujan is rude condescending and has complete lack of the ability to build confidence in her patience to trust what she’s saying. Jamie feels that since pulmonologist are so limited, she can treat patients as she will.
